Movie LOLs

Idiocracy is a severely underrated movie. Okay, yeah, it's childish and somewhat poorly executed, but the ideas behind it are sheer genius. I can honestly say it's one of my favorite bad movies. And often, I feel like I'm living it...

The scene below is one of my favorites of any movie, ever. If you want me to bust out in an embarrassing snort of laughter, all you have to do is whisper "electrolytes" to me. I swear.

OMG! I could really use an LOL right now...

Came home yesterday to find that someone had broken into my house. Luckily, the person or persons responsible were long gone. Husband, cat and I are all okay. I just want to say we appreciate the local police department's professionalism and care in this whole mess. We're working on the clean-up and inventory stage now, but could use a diversion.

I passed 50,000 words today! I conquered NaNoWriMo!

Okay, so, the novel is not quite done yet. I'm figuring I have another 15,000 to 20,000 words to go to wrap it up. Then comes the editing. But that's what December is for.
